Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Academic Session : 2025-26

  1. Refund of any amount if payble shall be refunded by cheque only after deducting the following amount + GST+Registration Fee :-
    (a) Upto 7 Days : Deducation = Rs. 5,000+GST+Regd. Fee
    (b) Upto 14 Days : Deducation = Rs. 10,000+GST+Regd. Fee
    (c) Upto 21 Days : Deducation = Rs. 15,000+GST+Regd. Fee
    (d) Upto 30 Days : Deducation = 40% of Total Fees+GST+Regd. Fee
    (e) Upto 60 Days : Deducation = 70% of Total Fees+GST+Regd. Fee
  2. After 90 days of admission, no amount will be refunded.
  3. If the Course fee is refunded in that case only parents of ward will be eligible to take the amount and the amount will be refunded through Cheque only.
  4. To receive refundable amount, the parents of ward should apply in written.
  5. Refund request through Email/Fax/Telephone/Mobile/SMS will not be entertained.
  6. In special case where any student gets admission in Govt. Medical/ Govt. Engineering college may get a refund of 50% of the amount deposited deducting GST on it even after 30 days on producing the following document:-
    (a) Copy of college seat allotment letter.
    (b) Copy of fee receipt of college where admission taken.
    (c) Original fee receipt of DS Institute.
    (d) Student I-Card.
  7. Original fee deposit receipt and student cards must be attached with the refund request.
  8. For any legal dispute jurisdiction will be Sikar (Rajasthan) only.
    Note: No refund shall be provided to any student in case the student is rusticated from the Institute on disciplinary grounds.
