Any Test Packages once purchased will not be cancelled or refunded.

Admission fee once paid will not be cancelled or refunded.

According to the Guidelines of the then District Collector, Sikar on 2023, students who want to discontinue study at this institute may get refund strictly in accordance with the following rules :-

1. Refund of any amount if payble shall be refunded by cheque only after deducating the following amount + GST :-

(a) 0 to 10 days of admission Deducation=Rs. 3,000+GST

(b) 11 to 20 days of admission Deducation=Rs. 7,000+GST

(c) 21 to 30 days of admission Deducation=Rs. 10,000+GST

1. After 30 days of admission, 30% of whole amount of the course fee will be considered as a part of Institute element and it is not refundable in any case.
2. Remaining 70% of whole amount of the course fee will be divided in terms of study period and balance if any refundable after deducting proportionate fee for the period studied.
3. If the Course fee is refunded in that case only parents of ward will be eligible to take the amount and the amount will be refunded through Cheque only.
4. To receive refundable amount, the parents of ward should apply in written.
5. Refund request through Email/Fax/Telephone/Mobile/SMS will not be entertained.
6. Refund request through WhatsApp 96949-12221. (Only WhatsApp)

In special case where any student gets admission in Govt. Medical/ Govt. Engineering college may get a refund of 50% of the amount deposited deducting GST on it even after 30 days on producing the following document:-

(a) Copy of college seat allotment letter.

(b) Copy of fee receipt of college where admission taken.

(c) Original fee receipt of DS Institute.

(d) Student I-Card.

1. Refund request will be processed for those students only, who will submit the refund request form available on our website.
2. Original fee deposit receipt and all student cards must be attached with the refund request.
3. For any legal dipute jurisdiction will be Sikar (Rajasthan) only.

Note: No refund shall be provided to any student in case the student is rusticated from the Institute on disciplinary grounds.
